Stack Dash Loggers

ST8100 This is the basic dash. Independent aerospace studies confirm that an analog needle is the best display method for rapidly changing information such as engine speed. The face is available in regular and inverted configurations with linear RPM ranges of 0-8000 or choose versions that compress the low-end of the scale leaving more resolution across the engine power band: 0-3-8,000, 0-3-10,500, 0-4-10,000, 0-6-13,000, 0-7-15,000, or even an amazing 0-10-22,000. An integrated shift light can be programmed to any desired RPM. An optional single external shift light (ST534 $70.00) or 5-stage sequential shift light (ST539 $240.00) are also available.

The dash will display oil temp, oil pressure, water temperature, fuel pressure, and battery voltage. Alarms can be set that will cause a warning light to illuminate when user-defined values are exceeded for each sensor Single external alarm light (ST532 $70.00) is also available.

The basic 8100 dash can be upgraded with a lap-timing system that will display lap times in the car, and will record lap times for later review for $500.00 (ST546). Another option is the speed option. This will add a wheelspeed sensor, and will display maximum straight line speed, and minimum corner speeds for $190.00 (ST670).

The 8100 (and all Dash Loggers) can be ordered with Stack’s patented "Predictive Lap Timing" feature and corner/straight speeds. Using data from your previous best lap, it will display the predicted lap time while driving. This provides immediate feedback about whether a particular line or technique is faster or slower – no need to download data and study a computer screen.

This family of dashes includes the ST8110SR and ST8130 and intended for use by the high performance car owner that wants the features of a race dash combined with a road legal speedometer and odometer

The ST8110SR includes a wiring harness, four switches for configuring the dash, etc., wheel speed sensor, water temp sensor, oil temp sensor, oil pressure and fuel pressure sensors (solid state with no moving parts), 0-3.5 bar boost sensor and User's Guide. It's also possible to use the cars' existing fuel level sensor to keep track of fuel level once the dash has been calibrated. However, not all fuel level sensors will work with Stack street dashes. Optional components include lap timing, external shift light or 5-stage sequential shift light.

The ST8130 Street Dash is available in Standard, Plus and Max versions. The ST8130 comes with a wiring harness, four switches, wheel speed sensor, water temp sensor, oil temp sensor, solid state oil pressure sensor and User's Guide. It's also possible to use the cars' existing fuel level sensor to keep track of fuel level once the dash has been calibrated. However, not all fuel level sensors will work with Stack street dashes. Optional components include lap timing, external shift light or 5-stage sequential shift light.

The ST8130P Street Dash Plus has all the same sensors and features as the ST8130, but also includes a solid state fuel pressure sensor. Optional components include lap timing, external shift light or 5-stage sequential shift light.

The ST9130M Street Dash Max has all the same sensors and features as the ST8130P as well as lap timing (beacon receiver and transmitter.) Optional components include either an external alarm or shift light ($70.00 or a 5-stage sequential shift light (ST539 $240.00).

The Stack Steering Wheel Display system combines state of the art digital technology with a Momo wheel. Available in two different sizes (270mm and 340mm) and two different packages, all models have high intensity LEDs and 9 stage shift lights. The ST8600 comes with a control module, wiring harness, water temp sensor, oil temp sensor, oil pressure and fuel pressure sensors (both solid state), and User's Guide. Configuration is accomplished with the built-in buttons. The wheel speed sensor is sold separately (ST670 $190.00), but most owners like to know how fast they're going, so plan on buying one. Lap timing (beacon receiver & transmitter) is also an option (ST546) available for $500.

The ST8600M Steering Wheel Display Max has all the same components, sensors and features as the ST8600, but includes a wheel speed sensor and lap timing.

All of the Stack Dash Loggers are based around the 8100 dash. This system features a stepper-motor driven analog tachometer available in several scales, and a two-line display area that can display different information.

The Stack 8102 system is a preconfigured Dash-Logger. This system logs the engine speed, wheelspeed, lateral G’s, oil pressure, fuel pressue, oil temp, water temp and lap times. 512KB of memory will record 45 minutes of data. Using the Data Pro V3software (included), a track map can be displayed, and individual segment times compared. You can overlay the data from two different laps to understand where the time difference exists.

All "Plus" systems include Performance Meter, Predictive Lap Timer and corner/straight speed readouts.

The ST8112 is preconfigured system introduced in 2007 that combines dash and logging into a single unit. It logs RPM, wheelspeed, lateral G's, oil , fuel pressure, oil temp, water temp and battery voltage. What makes it different from the ST8102 is 10 bit resolution, 1MB memory (1.15 hours of recording time) and built-in G sensor. Price includes engine sensors (solid state pressure sensors), lap timing, DataPro V4 software, and USB-CAN download cable. Optional inputs are a second wheel speed sensor (ST670 $190), brake pressure (ST749 $495) or throttle position (ST970 $140 or ST979 $195).

All "Plus" systems include Performance Meter, Predictive Lap Timer and corner/straight speed readouts.

The ST8812S is a configurable system new for 2007 that offers maximum flexibility for at an affordable price. This unit comes with 2MB of memory, three configurable pulse channels for RPM and speed, plus six user configurable analog channels and built-in three axis G sensor. Lateral G is standard while the longitudinal and vertical G's can be enabled via pincode for $470.00. Sensors are sold separately, but sensor harness, wheel speed sensor, DataPro V4 software, USB-CAN download cable and lap timing are included with the system.
