When I purchased my first data system from David and Ellen Ferguson (founders of Veracity Racing Data) back in 2004 for the Cal Poly FSAE team, I had no idea where the journey would take me. After graduation I was able to land an internship at OptimumG, and from there was able to launch a professional motorsports engineering career. I’ve been blessed to be able to work with championship winning professional teams such as Turner Motorsports, Black Swan Racing, Honda Performance Development, Bryan Herta Autosport-Hyundai, CarBahn, Wright motorsports… along with many wonderful club teams and weekend warriors. Luckily, that journey brought me back to the central coast of California where I reconnected with David and Ellen.
In purchasing the business I realize I have some large shoes (and helpful smiles) to fill, but I hope to continue the legacy that David and Ellen built. “Racing is our passion, but Data is (still) our business!“
